This is the information used to identify and contact you for example your name, title, phone number, email address and home address.
What information do I need and why?
When you send me an initial enquiry via email or via the contact form on my website, I will need to collect your full name, email address, phone number and home address (optional) as well as details about your wedding day. I use these details to contact you and If you do book with me, I will also use this to send you your USB stick/prints/album in the post.
I do not sell this information to any third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
Who do I share your personal data with?
I do not share any of your personal details with anyone.
How long do I keep personal data for?
I keep all personal details from clients who enquire and do not book with me filed away for a year. Once it has been a year all the details with be safely discarded.
For clients who do choose to book with me, I keep personal data for five years after your wedding date. This is so I can contact you, should the need arise.
What are your rights when it comes to personal data?
You have the right to request access to the personal data I hold about you, free of charge. You also have the right to correct your personal data if incorrect. By signing the contract sent to you at the time of making the booking you have given me your consent to use your personal data, you have the right to change your mind at any time and withdraw that consent just notify me in writing via email.
What can I do with my images?
All your images sent to you you will have the rights to upload the images onto social media pages and use them how you please (IE printing, uploading) however you are not able to edit any of the images or claim whole rights of the image.
The reason for this is can negatively impact a photographer’s professional reputation.
